Do you always use the 1min chart the whole day?

i had been using 1min charts in the morning and its use has crept into more of the day, which, i realize, is probably part of the issue with my trading. i need to switch back to using 5min charts.

Yeah it's tough using it the whole day. I use the 3min chart first 30mins the market is open, then I switch to 5min chart for the rest of the day.
