Earnings report: Sales are down at Herbalife . The company's guidance for 2015 is also down, and investors are selling out of Herbalife's stock Friday.

Setup - Earnings report with a big spike in price in the pre market

Daily chart - stock closed at HOD the previous day but had bad earnings report in the after hours- possibly short position in anticipation of a Green/Red move

Intraday (5-min) - first 2 5-min candles went up and on the third candle broke the previous day's close and initiated G/R move. I let it form a bear flag and got in on the next run down. Price stayed right under 9 EMA on the way down but I did not like that it did not form a nice EMA sandwich, but I guess they don't always do.

Entries: $33.13, and again $32.35
Stop loss: had a little lose stop just over 9 EMA, but because of the MAs being so far apart, risk was bigger and more difficult to determine where to put a stop
Target: $32.50 (in the premarket it had some lower $32 spikes)
Exit: sold poorly not letting the short setup really develop (both times).

Oh Kunal, thanks for the comment...I was stuck in another trade and left this one on the sidelines. When I checked on it, and saw +20 cents, I started covering. Did not think it had so much more left in it to go farther down..same mistake later again.
If you ever have a webinar on how to properly scale out our trades, how to manage the exits..let me know. I would like to get better in the selling/covering part of trading too. For now, I am getting good at recognizing a setup, and pick a nice entry point.
