NO SET UP!! Ugh, this trade frustrates me since I guess all I thought was that is was going to bust through the $44 resistance. I wound up getting stopped out. What is more frustrating is that I failed to keep it on my radar for when the flag did finally form 10-15min later and I missed a nice move.
