Stock gapped up on earnings yesterday. I was watching for a continuation today. I entered 200 shares at 44.68 and 200 at 44.67 as it was flagging at the open. I had a stop placed at 44.35 which was way to loose considering my position size. I scaled out 100 shares at 45.15 when if broke the flag. I should have either scaled out more shares or sold off the rest as soon as it broke below the 9 EMA. I didn't, and ended up holding on way to long and selling the remaining 300 shares at 44.70. Again, I had a nice gain on this stock if I would have managed it more intelligently.
