I got pretty aggressive here trying to make up for the loss in ISIS. I entered 500 shares at 32.73 and placed a tight stop at 32.60. I scaled out 100 shares at 33.06 and another 100 at 33.20. As the stock was pulling back to the EMAs I sold the remaining 300 shares at 32.84 thinking it was going to begin flushing with the other biotech's. Once support held I should have looked to re-enter as it went on a monster run up to 35.00. In scenarios like this I begin to loose trust in the set-up, which in this case was a quick pullback buy, but I could have at least enter on confirmation around 33.00 as it was looking very bullish and the reward to risk was superb.
