Underwriters are trash and all proceeds are going to go to the company. Let's see, if those 7.4M shares are getting soaked up. Watch the SO - price for supporting bids.

Gap up on a secondary offering? Bullish! Holding the gap + strong opening drive? Very bullish.
I went in on a little consolidation as soon as I saw the .50s soaking up some size, added into momentum once and scaled out in front of 30$
I added small on the pullback into the breakout area and scaled half of that into resistance.
I added another lot on the break of the lower high and scaled pretty quickly because the tape started to slow down.

I sold the lotto shares on the flush.
