The setup: short the pop within the range

The result: I was stopped out quickly and the small move came later. It was after 12.00, so I couldn't expect too much movement out of this. Not really a good idea.

The lesson: Don't take really average-looking setups between 12 and 1pm. It could have worked as a scalp perhaps, but it was a bit forced.
