After a big gap down on news. A bounce was expected. Price mounted the 9,21 EMA and with VWAP to form an irresistable R/R scenario. The initial stop was 13 cents with the entry at 8.62. I scaled in to a total of 400 shares. After a long consolidation period, it finally popped and sold 1/2 position. The remainder of trade was scaling in and out with trailing stop at areas of support and strength. Eventially stopped out as stock began to flush. I am still getting used to the process and have been trading small positions predicated on a risk of .25%. As I gain more confidence, I will start to trade with bigger positions to the .5 and 1% risk levels. I'm simulating with a 50K account size.
