What went wrong?

I think should have gotten in with smaller size and not averaged down. I didn't define my risk properly.
Also bought the breakout and did not buy dips. So high risk.
There was daily resistance from May at around 5. I bought at 4.75, I could have waited for it to get over it.

Combination of errors resulting in biggest loss of the week.
