I saw this moving pre-market and the MA's were curling over the stock. I took a chance and put my stop at the MA's so if it didn't go the way I wanted it to I would have a stop. Played it to the downside scaling out along the way.

Oh I didn't realize that this one didn't have an explanation. I was in a hurry yesterday afternoon. I put the description above. Sometimes I get in to stocks right at the open (risky!) but put hard stops so that I can minimize my risk. This one worked. I was watching it pre-market as well. A little tidbit that I learned early on was to set up an account with Think or Swim. I put $50 in an account with TD Ameritrade and I got Think or Swim in real time for free and I can see the MA's. I use it for my real time charting and I've never touched that $50. I have not done any live trading yet...hopefully soon with the clique fund!
It's not a requirement to get the ToS but I found that it works well for me.
Thanks for saying I represent the girls well! I really hope that I can do this for a living. I love it and I know in my heart that I am good at it....not too good to ever stop learning though. :)

Thanks for writing back! You've got guts to play at the open, but its good to see students (not just pro-trader Kunal) doing it as well. I'm definitely going to hit you up for some detailed tips on that after the Bootcamp. Trading seems really exciting! I hope to be able to do this for a living as well.. And to get as good as Kunal and Maribeth so that I can trade in the am and enjoy my afternoons =).
Me and another female friend of mine are starting the Bootcamp in 2 weeks... (Cant wait!) I'm hoping I don't suck too bad at this for too long but I know it's a process and I have my whole life to learn so no pressure. Keep up the good work and we'll chat again soon.

I'm about to start the BOWS Bootcamp in a few weeks and have been doing some prep reading and checking out the trade revues from you guys that already started working at it. Just wanted to say that you are representing well for the girls! =) I've been keeping up with your trades and trying to analyse why you do what you do.. can you tell me what was the setup here.. I cant see the MAs on this.
