This was a forced trade, although it did meet my 2Lynch criteria it did not have a 4% break out.
had a small win, was lucky not to take a loss.

1. what did I learn from this trade

pietists is a huge thing in trading. I learned that all you need to do is wait for your set up. looking back at all my trades like 80% of my wins is comeing from when I just trade 4% b/o with 2Lynch criteria

2.What would I do to improve this trade

I would not take it and wait for my set up to come along

1. how was my psychology going into enduring the trade

I felt good as I was just coming off my big win and this trade was also a win. But in the back of my mind I was thinking I should not be doing this because I was day trading and I am a swing trade.
