Potential candidate for "Picking Top" trade:
-- Fundamentals out of this world: LPS, P/S > 100
-- Technicalls: a) big rally from $185 low, well-defined channel all the way to $405, b) finally some kind of volatility, breaking the 9/20EMA@daily and losing $100 in 2 weeks, c) bounce higher but got stuck at $378 where it had been sold previously, d) couldn't break higher, lower high vs $405
Very well defined trade.
-- Got short filler size, risking stop 380s, above $378 resistance,
-- added Tier 0, once I saw the rejection to the penny three days later and the quick roll-over, risking same stop for whole position
-- added one momo tier as it bag-holded the buyers of the previous two days, looking ready to break $340 and move lower
-- 1st Target $325 at a minimum, $290-300 will cover most
Covered the momo add as I got $20 pretty quickly. Will stay with core until we get closer to target.
