What was the setup that you were entering on in the 1st setup? If you were anticipating the really nice flag break, then your stop was just too tight http://screencast.com/t/3O9WdqfyoS
Then you missed the real move of 7ish percent, or 30 bucks.

One thing that may help is to be mindful about the percentage of a price move rather than the absolute dollar amount. Like in this case, all your exits were 1/3 to 1/2 of a percent move.
