QQQ Trade on Nov 22, 2022 10:49 from SonoFusion: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

This was my best trade for the day, although I don't know that I would say I am in love with it. I took a normal risk and was able to get 2.8R out of it, however I will openly admit that I don't have a good run / momentum strategy built yet. I probably should be spending more time in SIM working on back testing and practicing this. I am mainly took it based on the fact that I seem to have a pretty good win % on this type of trade, mostly because I think the odds are in your favor when the market is on a rip. I took this trade late from a standpoint of trying to get in on a run and wish I would have taken it earlier around $282.40 when it was consolidating for a ABCD or Bull Flag style pattern.

I still didn't have a good stop position, however I used the previous candle ranges to give myself a best guess. (once again I am admitting this isn't a perfect trade and isn't a strategy yet.) I would say this was a profitable lucky trade today.

Psychology:
I was wanting a trade like this and had been looking for a run like this to jump into. Although this trade worked out I need to be careful as the next one might not. I need to watch less tickers at once and focus more on a few / the right patterns. This type of trade definitely had me "feeling good" and I need to be careful as that leads to overtrading.
