**What was the result of the trade, what happened? Loss. I saw $NVDA break the opening range high with momentum and I entered a trade, but I accidently entered a trade on $AMZN because I had not changed the ticker on my montage. I should have exited my position but left the trade to see if would work. Price action pushed through the moving averages working as resistance but could not break though towards my profit targets.

*FEELINGS- Describe what you thought and felt during the trade? I felt confusion.

*EVALUATION- What was good or bad about the trade (what worked according to plan in the trade)? Good: Price action gapped up. Bad: I entered a trade when price action broke opening range low which is not part of my trade plan.

*ANALYSIS- Does the trade make sense to you now that it is over? No, it doesn't.

*CONCLUSION- What is the final judgment of the trade (draw conclusions)? I was prepared to take ORBU trade on $TSLA which would have been a very good profit taking trade, but I took a trade on $AMZN instead due to an entry error. I didn't feel I was controlling my trading platform that well and I was distracted trying to jot down notes about the trade. I also felt I was moving too fast to keep up with everything happening on the charts.

*ACTION PLAN- How are you going to avoid the mistakes you made on this trade? How are you going to make sure you get the same results the next time if the trade was good? I will be more careful about entering the right ticker for trades. I will avoid taking too many notes during the first half hour of the trading session.
