**What was the result of the trade, what happened? Breakeven. Unnecessary trade. I saw price action break LOD with confirmation and broke 52W high. Price action also broke LRC. However, the lower LRC was showing a level of 80.95 which would have been difficult to take profit. I didn't like the way price action was moving so I exited my position. Soon after price action reversed to the upside.

*FEELINGS- Describe what you thought and felt during the trade? Wanted to trade for no reason after I made the decision to end my trading day.

*EVALUATION- What was good or bad about the trade (what worked according to plan in the trade)? Good: Price action broke LOD with confirmation. Bad; Not enough window of opportunity for profit making based on the LRC.

*ANALYSIS- Does the trade make sense to you now that it is over? No, it doesn't.

*CONCLUSION- What is the final judgment of the trade (draw conclusions)? This felt like revenge trading since there wasn't a good window of opportunity to take good profit and I had ended my trading day.

*ACTION PLAN- How are you going to avoid the mistakes you made on this trade? How are you going to make sure you get the same results the next time if the trade was good? When I make a decision to end my trading day I need to step away from my trading station and only return when I am ready to journal.
