**What was the result of the trade, what happened? Loss. The market was gapping down at the open. I meant to take an ORBD trade on $AAPL, but I inadvertently entered a trade on $TSLA. I decided to stay with the trade since it was gapping down, but price action reversed after making a new LOD. I exited my position when price action hit my stop.

*EVALUATION- What was good or bad about the trade (what worked according to plan in the trade)? Good: Not much. Bad: Wrong ticker traded. Price action created a new LOD, then reversed.

*CONCLUSION- What is the final judgment of the trade (draw conclusions)? When I'm distracted with other thoughts not related to trading, I make mistakes.
