**What was the result of the trade, what happened? Profit. $SHOP reported earnings after hours. I entered at 48.94 with 50 shares when the price action broke the 5-minute low of the announcement candle with confirmation and above average volume. I set profit targets at 49.00, 48.214 (5-minute 200SMA), and 47.33 (daily pivot). The price action pulled back to the 5-minute 200SMA but did not break it with confirmation. I accidently added 33 shares at 48.94 which I believe was due to the fact that my cover 2/3 hot key was not setup for after hours trading. I scaled out 100% of my shares at 49.47.

*EVALUATION- What was good or bad about the trade (what worked according to plan in the trade)? Good: The price action broke the low of the confirmation candle with above average volume. Bad: I accidently added 33 shares.

*ANALYSIS- Does the trade make sense to you now that it is over? Yes.

*CONCLUSION- What is the final judgment of the trade (draw conclusions)? I felt nervous taking the trade since many of the safeguards available during normal trading hours are not available after hours such as stop orders. Also, I need to create hot keys for after hours which puts in limit orders for trades.

*ACTION PLAN- How are you going to avoid the mistakes you made on this trade? How are you going to make sure you get the same results the next time if the trade was good? Continue to take after hours trades practicing excellent risk management with smaller share size.
