Was looking for a FGD today.
Had a work meeting right at market open and couldnt watch the screen so missed the panic entry.
Got frustrated that I missed it and convinced myself to chase b/c I believed it could continue to go up.
Ended up selling when it fell below VWAP only to watch it go back up close to RG.
Should never have chased it. THis ended up making me tilted on the rest of my trades
