Daily Setup:Daily break of $8 level
Intraday Setup: Gap and go, pullback to support
Layers of Probability:Daily Level, BTC rally, high short float, hot sector
Entry:Strength on open, averaged in until 8EMA
Stop:LOD after first pivot attempt
Targets:8.15, 8.25, 8.49
Thoughts/Thesis/Notes during the trade:
MARA vs. 8 area, building in vs. 8EMA, strength at open and long 1/2 position on slight pullback. Added more 8.25 and will add more near 8 if it goes down and 2 minute 8EMA catches up. Slight weakness after first 2 minutes...
Will sell lots at 25c
Added at 8.05 when that started to hold. Bit over risk parameters and 8EMA on 5 not caught up yet.
Markets rolling over a bit, didn't get a bounce. 7.86 now caught up to 5 minute 8ema, but over risk parameters already.
Nice bounce at 8EMA, added last lot, well over risk parameters now. Stop LOD. Well over limit, I need to work on planning better for this.
Bounced right after I stopped out, I got back in. Is this a trigger, or bad habit, or acceptable? Probably acceptable with signal and if I had not broken rules already.
Added w/ inside 5, stop all LOD.
Under VWAP, resistance on first tap.
RIOT was the better name to be in. I thought MARA had been performing better recently.
Areas of Success:
Areas to Improve: Better risk planning and stick to my rules, no revenge trading, or fomo.
