Obviously looking back at this now, this stock was over extended. This was number 1 on my watchlist this morning, but I didn't wanna get it right out of the open because it was opening right at the 200 DMA. But it squeezed up really strong and didn't give any pullbacks for a setup. I was anxious to get in, and I was watching this on the 1 min chart which makes this even worse and more extended if I was looking for a 1 min setup.
I needed to wait for a longer pullback to VWAP and MAs. I got in so early if this was ever going to turn into a setup and it never did. It was way too over extended and had no power. The consolidation was too short and the VWAP and MAs were too far away. Not a good trade.
