Thesis: 4387 Supply rejection

Where/why did I ENTER (Confirmations): Buying seem like it was getting absorbed (too early to tell looking back) and also the thinking of price not able to move higher when is already up 160 points in 3 consecutive sessions.

Trade plan: "4387 is the first level on watch, a fast move into this zone could lure more bulls, unaware of the supply zone, getting trapped, if so, I am open to get short here, targeting 4362."

How was I feeling DURING the trade (emotions): Nothing honest, I got stopped with 40 seconds.

Trade management: No trade management as I had no time at all in the trade to manage it.

Mistakes: Not waiting to see the reaction after the fact and stepping in front of such strong buying + not going with the flows of the market (Being too short biased and not believe in what the market was shouting to my face, which was, "we are getting higher, buyers are too strong, prepare yourself", this is a big problem I face in within my mentality that I am trying to fight each day, the mentality of "We have move up X points, it's impossible to move another Y points, so I am looking for a short" -> This is WRONG!!! React, don't guess or predict)

What can I do to improve: Be calmer and adjust to what the market provides, if the market is shouting "this is a long!" You either go long if aligns with your plan and risk or stay cash, don't force stuff just because you planned for and it was in your pre-market plan.

Overall thoughts: Need to work harder on being more neutral and going with what the market is giving me.
