This was one of the more imprudent trades taken this day. I went for a 5-minute pullback scalp on a stock that had relatively little volume. That was the major problem with stock. The charts, with their wickless doji candles, also showed choppy price action. You should have only traded at most 200 shares on this trade, but you ended up doubling the size on this trade from the previous trades that day. I think the win on VTGN made me trade in a way that I usually would in a market with hyperbolic, sympathetic price action. This trade would have been more appropriate if you had been trying to get a good entry on the front-end of a move on a stock trading in sympathy with other hyperbolic, small-cap stocks, but we have not been seeing this type of price action in the last two weeks. The good thing--and this is your strength--is that you managed to stop out with a 5 cent stop target for a $29.97 net loss.
