AEY Trade on Dec 14, 2017 09:32 from alext341: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

We didn't see a lot of follow-through in the small-caps this day. I saw AEY pop up on Ross's scanners and decided to enter the stock long for 1,000 shares--small size position in a choppy market. Fortunately, I never confirmed the change in my hotkey settings to 1,000 shares long on the Ask. Instead, I pressed my hotkeys to buy on the Ask for only 100 shares, which ended up working in my favor as I had to stop out for 9 cents for a $18.91 net realized loss.

Today was really the first day that I demonstrated to myself that I was able to maintain discipline by not overtrading and by scaling back on size as the end of the week approached. I also showed myself that I had good market awareness by knowing that we were trying in choppy markets today and not enter stocks aggressively. We will see what the next day holds for opportunities.
