The set-up: In-Between Highs Swept + 50% of 12 Minute Zoneage.

Did I meditate/visualize before trading? Yes

Did I get fresh air before trading? Yes

Did I annotate what the current model was & what we are expecting from price? Yes

What I did Right: Waited patiently for my set up to present itself. I saw that we swept ADR Highs in the ODR & thought that could have been the completion of the trumpet, and we could expect way more downside.

What I did Wrong: Even though I marked out that bullish 12 minute zone, I still went short without waiting for a 5 minute valid high to be put in. If I would've been patient, I could have waited for a 5 min high to be put in, and would not have taken that expense. Coming from an opposing zone or liquidity, we always have to wait for valid point on 5 min to be put in!

Where I could improve: Waiting for that valid point to be put in when we are reversing from a strong opposing area is KEY.

Big-picture: Looking bearish, but structure did just switch bullish & we were in a 12min bullish zone with a 5 minute valid low.
