Made two major mistakes, I bought anticipating a bounce instead of waiting for the green candle. Second big big mistake was to average down to minimize my loss. Not happy with myself for breaking that those rules esp the latter.

Patience is crucial when trading.. give it time to setup a pattern then hit it hard.

Thanks, Nape.Quick question, From my parabolic shorts you have been reviewing what would you say is the three things I should look for in terms of pattern, just in case I am missing something crucial. Sometimes, the open morning wash don't give you time to see a pattern..Thoughts?

As far as a setup goes.. You could play the the opening range breakdown.. Just the opposite of a opening range breakout. You could also look for the pullback, and if it fails to get back over the hod that's a sign of weakness (a more safer play and better confirmation).Notice how when $QTWW 1st pullback fail to get back to the hod and started a mini bear flag it drop like it was hot!!

Yes, I noticed that, I will try to have more patience with my trades and wait for those pullbacks. . Thanks for your input and always reviewing my trades.
