Nape,

I think one of my issues is finding these setups on time for the entry. What do you do to find these setups during the day and not miss them? That is something I really need to work on.

Always have a daily chart, 30min chart and a 5min chart pulled up on your computer screen, so when you are flipping through stocks, you can see the setups on all time frames.
