IGXT Trade on Sep 20, 2018 09:52 from Teyrex_Trading: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

$IGXT was a top gainer pre-market with news in the title mentioning a potential agreement with $TLRY which was as the whole world knows the MASSIVE running stock the past 2 weeks. Probably bad timing for this news since 2 days ago $TLRY topped out at $300 followed by a huge panic sell off which killed some of the momentum in $IGXT.

My thesis is that with a huge volume spike (more then 6 months worth) all at the open, news including TLRY and the price now above and holding a key multi year S&R line that the trade was worth a shot.

My first buy was at $1.17 risking $1.10, when the price pulled back to my risk and held 2 times I added to both and then waited patiently for it to prove my thesis right or I would stop out at $1.10 as my Plan called for. I held all day as volume and and volatility increase into the close I held overnight. Unfortunately many of the big names in the sector were gaping down and $IGXT also followed opening at $1.70 down 10% off of it's high from yesterday. My plan from the start was to hold as long as trend and key support areas held days following. My mental stop was $1.40 and my avg was sitting at $1.21 so I would still walk away profitable. As the chart below shows I locked a little in at the open and then I sold the rest at $1.39 when $1.40 bounce failed.

I'm proud that I followed my plan that I set from the beginning.
